Let’s get some Game Day appetizers ready! I know this Sunday is the ProBowl but I’m ready to watch the real game next weekend. Here is a little healthy idea to munch on while watching the football game. I must warn you, these are Flaming HOT!! These are not potatoes! They are really – jicamas…Flaming Jicama Fries
Microwave your Coconut Oil for about 15-30 secs to melt it in a microwave safe bowl. Set aside.
Slice the jicamas the shape you prefer. I made mines thinner cause I wanted it crispy.
Mix all the ingredients to coat the jicamas
Bake for 20-25 mins but keep an eye on them as some may burn! (See pic below)
Let them cool and sprinkle some Parmesan cheese.
Serve with your fave dipping sauce or eat them plain.
Note: Remember to adjust the ingredients according to your taste buds!
