Okay! I was just being a lil NAUGHTY with the TiTle but lets make Pineapple Pudding Pie… I wanted a quicky desert to make for my guests that used easy ingredients to find at a local grocery store. I found a recipe on Pinterest from MotherThyme. I tweaked mine to make it a tad bit healthier. Of course, feel free to alter the recipe yourself…

Pineapple Pudding Pie

Ingredients:

1 Can 20 oz. of Crushed Pineapple – undrained

1 Cup of Low Fat or Non Fat Sour Cream

1 box of Sugarfree Vanilla Pudding

1 Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Cool Whip (Thawed)

Directions:

Place crushed pineapples including the juice in a large bowl. Add the sour cream and pudding.

Mix all the ingredients together and transfer them into the pie crust. 

Chill for 2 hours and serve with a dollop of Cool Whip! Quicky and easy right, Toots?!
